West Denver Shooting Injures 1

DENVER (CBS4) - Police are investigating a shooting that happened in Denver on Wednesday night.

A victim was found with gunshot wounds in the area of West 7th Avenue and Perry Street at approximately 9 p.m.

So far police aren't saying much about a suspect or a motive in the case. They also haven't identified the victim or revealed if that person is male or female. They were taken to the hospital and their condition is unknown.

Police they are hoping anyone with information about the case will call them.
