Free Computer Tablets For All 2nd-Graders At A Denver Elementary School
DENVER (CBS4) - It was an especially exciting start to the school year for students at one Denver elementary school.
Mayor Michael Hancock was on hand Tuesday morning at Fairview Elementary School where all second graders received new computer tablets.
The gifts will help with math and reading efforts. They were made possible by a grant awarded through the city's Office of Economic Development.
