HAYDEN, Colo. (CBS4) – A town near Steamboat Springs is the latest to allow commercial marijuana grows.

The Hayden Town Council Thursday night voted to approve regulations for commercial growers.

The Steamboat Pilot reports Hayden will consider taxation options during a council meeting in September.

The town manager estimates a tax on the grows could bring in $143,000 a year.
