Denver Police On The Hunt For People 'Doing Something Right'

DENVER (CBS4) - The Denver Police Department on Wednesday launched an initiative that rewards people for courteous actions, helping others and obeying the law with a free pizza.

The 500 pizza gift cards provided by Alpine Bank and Papa John's say "You Got Caught Doing Something Right."

"This is really an extension of our Heads Up program," Police Chief Robert White said. "This is a program that we think is extremely important and doing the right thing is something that a lot of times people don't get acknowledged for."

Officers on foot, Segways and bicycles in the downtown area will be handing out the cards.
