20th MLS All-Stars Hosted At Dicks Sporting Goods Park
COMMERCE CITY, Colo. (CBS4)- The 20th MLS All-Stars were hosted by Dicks Sporting Goods Park on Wednesday.
The MLS All-Stars were coached by the Rapids Pablo Maestroeni taking on Tottenham Hotspur.
The Spurs kick off their European League Premier League schedule in just two weeks.
For the MLS squad, it's a chance to put their best up against some of the world's best.
"It's always fun to play with good players. It makes life easy, it makes the game fun because you have the ball a lot and I like scoring goals," said MLS All-Star Clint Dempsey.
"For me this is by far the most talented group of players representing the MLS since I've been a part of the league and I wish I still had legs to be able to play with these guys," said Maestroeni.
