Preliminary Injunction Requested By Colorado AG Against College America Denied

DENVER (CBS4) - A Denver district court judge has denied the request for a preliminary injunction requested by the Colorado attorney general in a lawsuit against College America.

The attorney general had asked for changes in how the career colleges do their recruiting for students.

The college issued a statement saying that the decision confirms that its policies are of the highest integrity.

College America claims the attorney general has wasted tens of thousands of taxpayer dollars in pursuing the case.
