Man Drowns In Clear Creek During Rafting Trip

CLEAR CREEK, Colo. (CBS4)- A man drowned in Clear Creek during a rafting trip on Saturday.

The Clear Creek County Sheriff's Office said they received a report of man in the water just after noon on Saturday.

He was pulled from the water near Idaho springs and despite efforts to revive him with CPR, he died at the scene.

The man is only being identified as a 20-year-old male. The rafting company is Mile-High Rafting.

Officials say an autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of death.
