Stephen Colbert Surprises Viewers As Guest Host On Public Access TV
MONROE, MI (CBS4) - Future CBS Late Show host Stephen Colbert made a surprise appearance on public access television in Monroe, Michigan.
In the July, 2015 episode of "Monroe Impact," Colbert "fills in" for the regular volunteer hosts of the show, inviting them back as his first guests.
Colbert then followed with a comedic take on local headlines, and ended the show with a 20-minute interview with Michigan rapper Eminem.

Stephen Colbert will take over the Late Show on CBS this fall.
