Street Flooding In Northern Colorado After Heavy Rain
FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4)- A heavy dose of rain caused some flash flooding in Northern Colorado on Thursday which concerned residents that are wondering just how much more rain the ground can absorb.
In Loveland, drivers had some trouble navigating the flooded streets because the water just pooled in low-lying areas.
The Poudre River in Fort Collins was at minor flood stage. Many worry the constant rain and heavy downpours could flood homes and business.
All low-lying areas along the Poudre River remain under a Flood Warning with the rest of the Front Range in a Flood Watch until Friday morning.
