FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4)– A heavy dose of rain caused some flash flooding in Northern Colorado on Thursday which concerned residents that are wondering just how much more rain the ground can absorb.

In Loveland, drivers had some trouble navigating the flooded streets because the water just pooled in low-lying areas.
