Colorado Hiker's Remains Found In Montana
HELENA, Mont. (CBS4)- A discovery in the Montana wilderness may hold the key to what happened to a Colorado man who has been missing for two years.
Officials say they found human remains in the Gates of the Mountains wilderness area northeast of Helena. The remains are believed to be that of Dale Brownlow.
The wildlife biologist from Denver was known to go hiking and camping alone for long periods of time.
A pickup belonging to Brownlow, 52, was found at the trailhead two years ago.
The remains were sent to a crime lab in Missoula for further investigation.
