COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) – Nearly all of El Paso County and parts of Pueblo County are at risk of flooding after more rainfall.

Tuesday’s flood warning from the National Weather Service including the east side of the area burned by the Waldo Canyon Fire.

The weather service says streams and creeks in the area are running high and flash flooding is likely.
