FORT COLLINS, Colo. (AP) – Fort Collins police are investigating whether edible marijuana played a role in a teenager’s decision to jump out of a third-story window.
Officers called to an apartment complex near Colorado State University on April 14 found 19-year-old Austin Essig injured on the ground.
