2 Charged In Separate Fatal Crashes In Denver
DENVER (CBS4) - Two drivers have been formally charged for their alleged involvement in separate fatal accidents last weekend.
According to Lynn Kimbrough with the district attorney's office, April Wilson, 35, was charged with one count of vehicular homicide and two counts of driving under the influence.
"The charges allege that on Sunday, April 12, Wilson was driving drunk and hit another vehicle in the 100 block of Broadway," Kimbrough said in a statement.
Nathan Real, 27, died after Wilson allegedly hit his motorcycle with her car.

Wilson will be in court Friday morning to be advised of the charges.
Kimbrough said Ryan Winicki, 40, was charged with one count of vehicular homicide and two counts of driving under the influence.
Winicki is accused of driving drunk and striking a pedestrian near East Colfax Avenue and Logan Street the same night.
"Winicki appeared to initially flee the scene but then returned and was taken into custody," Kimbrough said.
The victim's name hasn't been released.
Winicki is scheduled to appear in court for his second advisement on April 27.
