DENVER (CBS4)– A man accused of taking pictures in a women’s restroom last year has been sentenced.
Bradley Oglethorpe pleaded guilty earlier to two counts of invasion of privacy. He was sentenced on Friday to two years in jail for each count to be served consecutive for a total of four years.
Oglethorpe hid in the stall of a women’s bathroom at a grocery store and took pictures of two children from under the stall using a cell phone. Although the first incident occurred in January 2014, Oglethorpe wasn’t arrested as a suspect until June 2014, after he was discovered in the same women’s bathroom by a security officer.
Oglethorpe will serve the jail time in the Colorado Department of Corrections where is he currently serving a prison term on another matter.
