CHICAGO (CBS4) – A man has been arrested for the second time in five years, accused of shipping marijuana through the United Parcel Service.
Ryan Bailey, 32, is accused of sending nearly 7 pounds of pot from Colorado to Chicago.
UPS workers in Chicago alerted police when they found a box with a strong marijuana smell that had a return address for a fictitious shipping company in Aurora.

Bailey was convicted of marijuana possession back in 2012 after police found him with a UPS package containing more than 40 pounds of pot.
According to WBBM in Chicago, Bailey was a mortgage broker who left his job in Chicago about 5 years ago to get in on the medical marijuana business in Colorado. Police raided Bailey’s warehouse outside of Denver and seized more than 670 plants. Bailey was acquitted in that case.
