DOUGLAS COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - A man pleaded guilty to felony burglary charges just one day before he was scheduled to go trial.
David Gosik, 35, was sentenced immediately after entering his plea Monday and will now spend 24 years in prison.
Gosik was accused of breaking into a home in Douglas County and stealing guns and ammunition. He was arrested in 2013 after an hours-long search by SWAT team members. He was eventually found hiding in a crawl space at an apartment complex in Denver.
