Vic Lombardi's 7 Tweets During The Rockies First Spring Training Game
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (CBS4) - CBS4's Vic Lombardi took a trip to Salt River Fields at Talking Stick in Arizona to catch the Rockies first Spring Training game on Wednesday.
The Rockies faced off against the Arizona Diamondbacks, and for Lombardi there was a sound he realized he's really been missing since the baseball season ended last year.
And quickly he spotted the Rockies mascot Dinger.
Lombardi found that there's a party deck in Scottsdale, too:
He found a security guard who is taking his safety from fly balls seriously.
Wilin Rosario got the first hit of Spring Training for the Rockies:
A few innings later, Lombardi got a bit annoyed by Dinger.
