Teen In Controversial Arrest Video In Aspen Pleads Guilty
ASPEN, Colo. (CBS4) - A teenager struggling with Aspen police in a cellphone video has pleaded guilty to underage possession of pot and resisting arrest.
The Aspen Police Department defended the officers' action in a video on YouTube involving the 16-year-old suspect. Police say the teen had marijuana out in public.

Under the plea deal the teen's record will be wiped clean if he stays out of trouble for the next year. His name wasn't released because he's juvenile.
