The Fond But Distant Memory Of Summer

DENVER (CBS4) - In the heart of a fluctuating winter we'd like to remind you of the season called summer. It's true Colorado is unbeatable in every season, but the recent record-breaking holiday snowstorm -- and prediction for even more intense winter weather -- has us dreaming of green trees and liquid lakes.

YouReporter Debbie submitted this photo of Crystal Lake near Ouray back in July. The flowers were in full bloom and there's not a touch of frost!
