Last year, only 2.4 percent of public school students dropped out and that 77 percent of students graduated on time. That means 730 more students graduated on time in 2014 compared to the year before.

North High School has seen the largest gains in on-time graduation rates. The school focuses not only on graduating students but getting them ready for college.
