Parker Police Release Sketch Of Kidnapping Suspect

PARKER, Colo. (CBS4) - Police released a sketch of a man on Wednesday they say tried to kidnap a young girl in Parker earlier this week.

Parker police said that two men driving a truck tried to abduct the juvenile girl while she was walking on a sidewalk, searching for her family's dogs on Monday in the Clarke Farms subdivision. The girl told police that the truck's passenger reached out of the window with both arms and said to the girl, "Come here."

She screamed, police said, and stepped back to avoid being grabbed.

The attempted kidnapping happened near Motsenbocker Road and Vineland Drive.

Police described the truck as a black and full-sized with a large amount of rust on the roof and a skull sticker on the rear window.

The driver was described as a bald black male with a goatee and a tattoo on his right shoulder. The passenger is a Hispanic male, possibly in his 20s, with shorter hair on the sides and longer hair on the top of his head. He was clean-shaven and wearing a black t-shirt.

The sketch police released is of the passenger.
