Colorado Parks And Wildlife Seeks Public Comment On Plans, Goals

DENVER (AP) — Colorado Parks and Wildlife will seek public input on a strategic plan to set goals and guide the agency's operations for the next three to five years.

The agency said Monday it will hold public meetings, but the schedule hasn't been announced.

Parks and Wildlife manages state wildlife, more than 340 parks and wildlife areas and a variety of outdoor recreation.

The agency was created in 2011 when the Legislature voted to merge the Division of Wildlife and Colorado State Parks.
