Apps Track New Year's Resolutions

DENVER (CBS4)- New Year's Resolutions can be tricky to keep track of but now there's an app for that.

Out with the old habits and in with the new. The new year often brings promises to make changes but sticking with those resolutions just got a lot easier thanks to the latest digital technology.

Fitness often tops the list of New Year's Resolutions and an app like RunKeeper can keep track of time and distance either walked or run.

If a race is the goal for 2013, the Couch to 5K app takes aspiring runners through a training program beginning with walking and jogging and working up to that 3.1 miles.
