Nearly 500 Troops Return Home To Fort Carson
FORT CARSON, Colo. (CBS4) - Another group of Fort Carson soldiers will reunite with their families in Colorado Springs on Friday night.
A homecoming ceremony was scheduled for about 250 soldiers. They returned from Afghanistan.
On Thursday, nearly 200 soldiers with the 4th infantry brigade combat team also came home. They had been deployed to Afghanistan for the last nine months.
