DENVER (CBS4) – Copter4 flew over a nasty scene on Interstate 70 Wednesday morning.
A pothole opened up in the eastbound lanes of the interstate at 32nd Avenue. The hole caused flat tires and other damage to some vehicles.
The Colorado Department of Transportation told CBS4 it could take up to a week to repair the pothole.
CDOT is recommending that drivers take 6th Avenue as an alternate route.
