Man Found Between Walls Expected To Be Charged With Burglary

LONGMONT, Colo. (CBS4)- A man who became stuck for three days in between walls at a Marshall's store in Longmont after falling 20 feet from the store's roof is expected to be charged with burglary.

Police believe Paul Felyk, of Westminster, was trying to break into the store when he became stuck and fell from a vestibule on the store's roof.

On Tuesday morning, store employees heard the man screaming and called for help. Firefighters freed him 30 minutes later after cutting a hole in the exterior wall with a circular saw and a variety of hand tools.

Felyk, 35, has been hospitalized since his rescue for leg injuries.
