Police Increase Patrols Over Halloween Weekend

DENVER (CBS4)- Law enforcement will be out and about over Halloween and the weekend to make sure the celebrations don't turn deadly.

Police departments across Colorado, along with other law enforcement officials including state troopers and sheriff's deputies, will be boosting their patrols starting Thursday night.

The officers will be looking for drivers under the influence of both alcohol and drugs. The increased patrols will last throughout the weekend.
