Ex-Irish President Mary Robinson To Speak At CSU

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (AP) - Former Irish president Mary Robinson is visiting Colorado to speak about climate change.

Robinson, the United Nations' special envoy for climate change, is scheduled to speak Monday evening at Colorado State University about the connection between climate change, human rights and development.

The speech begins at 6:30 p.m. in the Lory Student Center's main ballroom. It's free and open to the public but attendees must reserve tickets through CSUtix.com.

Robinson was the first woman to elected president of Ireland, serving from 1990 to 1997.
