Castle Rock Police Want Help Locating Children In Possible Danger

CASTLE ROCK, Colo. (CBS4) - Police in Castle Rock are investigating a child abuse complaint and want the public's help locating two children who may be with their mother.

Lahnaiya Palmer, 5, and Kavarri Shelton, 2 were last seen with their mother outside their day care provider on Thursday. Police fear the children may be in danger.

Police are searching for the children's mother, Monisha Bush, 30. She was last seen driving a silver Acura sedan with Colorado license plate number 953-QDC.

Lahnaiya Palmer has black collar-length hair and brown eyes. Kahvarri Shelton's hair is almost shaved and she has black hair and brown eyes.

Bush has family in Denver and Aurora but also may try to visit friends in Texas. She's described as approximately 5-foot-2 and 165 pounds. She has black shoulder-length hair and brown eyes and a tattoo on the right side of her upper chest.
