Denver Won't Pursue Charges Against State Sen. Steve King
DENVER (CBS4) – The Denver district attorney will not file charges against a state senator accused of failing to disclose income he received from three other jobs while in office.
Republican Sen. Steve King of Grand Junction was accused of falsifiying time cards when he worked for the Mesa County Sheriff's Office and what's now known as Colorado Mesa University.
The district attorney's office says there isn't enough evidence to prove King broke any laws.
