DENVER (CBS4) - As Colorado moves forward with granting marriage licenses to same-sex couples, reaction is spreading on Twitter.

Here are some highlights from notable Coloradans, organizations, media and residents after the U.S. Supreme Court declined to hear appeals from states that sought to keep same-sex nuptial bans in place.
Colorado's attorney general, John Suthers, who sought to stay rulings that would have granted licenses to gay couples until the Supreme Court ruled, immediately issued a statement that said "same-sex marriage will be the Law in Colorado" soon:
