Armed Robber Steals Cash From Wheat Ridge Motel
WHEAT RIDGE, Colo. (CBS4) - A man cloaked in a white hooded jacket and sweatshirt robbed a Super 8 Motel in Wheat Ridge at gunpoint early Thursday morning.
Wheat Ridge police said they're searching for a black or Hispanic man in his 20s who is approximately 5-foot-11 and 170 pounds. He was wearing a white scarf covering his face and gloves.
He brandished a handgun and stole money from the motel clerk at approximately 12:20 a.m.
The motel is located at 4700 N. Kipling St.
