Traffic Gets Moving Again At 1st & University
DENVER (CBS4) - Traffic is getting through a busy intersection in Denver's Cherry Creek North neighborhood once again.
Road crews are repaving roads and repairing sewer lines at 1st and University in an effort to curb street flooding which has been known to happen in that area. The project has been going on for weeks, but crews had to completely close the intersection on Saturday night. It reopened before 7 a.m. Tuesday morning, as planned.
Construction will be complete in the area at the start of November.
