Woman Arrested In Fatal El Paso County Shooting
CALHAN, Colo. (CBS4) – A woman shot and killed her neighbor after the two argued on Monday.
The El Paso County Sheriff's Office said the shooting occurred in a home where five children were present.
Sheriff's deputies arrested Heather Neville, 59. She faces first-degree murder charges.
The shooting took place at a home in the 9700 block of Calhan Highway near the town of Calhan in the eastern portion of the county.
Besides the children, four other adults were also inside at the time of the shooting. All of them are being questioned.
