Smoke Coming From DIA For Disaster Training
DENVER (CBS4)- Smoke was seen coming from Denver International Airport on Wednesday but it was all for disaster training.
DIA personnel conducted a so-called "full scare" aircraft exercise disaster. It's something they must undergo every three years.
Hundreds of people took part in the exercise including FBI agents, firefighters and police officers.
Crews tested several new systems to figure out how to help with tracking patients and responders during a real emergency.
