DENVER (CBS4) – Hundreds of pets found new homes at a free adoption event over the weekend at the Dumb Friends League.

The organization reported that 314 pets ended up getting new homes.

The league decided to waive adoption fees on all cats, dogs and small animals as part of International Homeless Animal Day. The adoptions allow the Dumb Friends League to help even more animals in need.
