Denver Home Resale Prices Hit Record High For 3rd Straight Month

DENVER (CBS4) - For a third straight month Denver home resale prices hit a record high.

According to the S&P Case-Shiller Home Prices Index, May's numbers are up more than 1 percent from April, and more than 8 percent from May of 2013.

According to Zillow.com, the median home value in Denver is $268,000.
