Man Pleads Guilty To Accessory Charge In Slayings
GREELEY, Colo. (AP) — Prosecutors say a 24-year-old man has pleaded guilty to an accessory charge in the slayings of a Weld County woman and her mother.
The Weld County District Attorney's Office says Justin O'Donnell entered his plea Friday for the Feb. 6 deaths of 36-year-old Alisha Johns and 56-year-old Sherri Pachello.
Investigators say Johns' estranged husband, Cimmeron Johns, killed both women before killing himself. O'Donnell was accused of helping Cimmeron Johns after the murders. O'Donnell's mother, Rosann O'Donnell, who was a friend of Cimmeron Johns, also pleaded guilty to an accessory charge.
She is scheduled to be sentenced Aug. 29, and her son is set for sentencing Sept. 16.
