DENVER (CBS4)– Two men accused of picking up a woman in Denver, while in a stolen car, then sexually assaulting her on the way to Glenwood Springs, have been formally charged.
Robert Pacheco and Michael Clapper are accused of picking up the woman in a stolen car in Denver on June 12 and then dropping her off near Glenwood Springs after Pacheco allegedly assaulted her.READ MORE: Lane Closures Planned Near I-25 North Express Lane Project
Pacheco, 34, allegedly sexually assaulted the 34-year-old victim multiple times in the back of the stolen vehicle after she accepted a ride from the men. Both men are scheduled to appear in Denver County Court on June 26 at 9:30 a.m. for their second advisement of the charges.
