Crews Use Helicopter To Remove Man's Body From Longs Peak
ROCKY MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK, Colo. (CBS4) - The body of a Fort Collins man who died while climbing Longs Peak earlier this week was recovered using a helicopter on Thursday.
Matthew Burklow, 25, left early Monday morning to hike the 14er's Keyhole route but he never returned.
His body was spotted by a search crew about 1,000 feet down from that route in an area known as "The Trough."
Boulder County's coroner is working to determine how Burklow died.
