Teen Accused In Westminster Hit & Run Turns Self In

WESTMINSTER, Colo. (CBS4) - A 16-year-old has turned himself in after a hit-and-run crash that left a man critically injured in Westminster.

David Nazeri was riding his motorcycle along Highway 36 when he was hit on May 31.

Lucio Vasquez-Jimenez has been charged with failure to remain at the scene of an accident and careless driving. Police say he was driving on a learner's permit.
