CU's Spencer Dinwiddie Could Be In Play For Denver Nuggets
DENVER (CBS4) - The Denver Nuggets have about a month to consider what they'll do with the 11th pick in the NBA draft.
The Nuggets may stick with the pick, or they may trade up -- or they could trade down, which could put University of Colorado star Spencer Dinwiddie in play.
The former CU guard expected to go late first round or possibly second round.
The Nuggets already have a quality point guard, but Dinwiddie is a big point guard.
"Six-foot-6, 205 with a 6-foot-9 wingspan is not something that everybody in this draft possesses, and then you talk about playmaking and shooting -- that's just -- it's a rare package," Dinwiddie said.
The NBA draft begins on Thursday, June 26.
