Walk MS Takes Steps To Help Those Suffering In Colorado

DENVER (CBS4)- Thousands of people will lace up their sneakers and hit the streets to takes steps against Multiple Sclerosis.

Walk MS not only helps raise money for research but also helps people living with MS across Colorado.

"Walk MS alone in Denver will raise $1 million and we rely on these funds to offer programs and services to people impacted by the disease and also fun promising research," said National MS Society Colorado-Wyoming spokeswoman Kristin Gibbs.

Walk MS kicks off at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Denver's City Park.

Join the MS society and participate in Walk MS to raise money for the services and research aimed at making life better for almost 100,000 people in Colorado and Wyoming whose lives are affected by MS.
