Elitch Gardens Opens For Season On Saturday

DENVER (CBS4)- With a warm weekend on tap it would be the perfect time to visit Elitch Gardens as it opens for the season.

The amusement park and Denver landmark opens for the season on Saturday, May 3.

There's a new ride for park visitors this year. It's called the "Brain Drain" and is a seven story looping thrill ride.

This weekend Spongebob Squarepants and Dora the Explorer will make an appearance at the amusement park located off Interstate 25 and Speer Blvd. in Denver.
