Peyton Sings Cash
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (CBS4) – Peyton Manning can do much more than just drive the length of a football field for a game-winning touchdown. Besides being a quarterback, he is a philanthropist and entertainer.
And now you can add singer to that list.
Manning was at a fundraiser over the weekend to support the Peyton Manning Children's Hospital in Indianapolis. He took the stage with country star Jake Owen.
Together the two sung "Folsom Prison Blues," a Johnny Cash classic.
"I hope to have this connection to this city and this community forever," Manning said at the event. "I have just unbelievable memories here and a lot of ties here but this association with the children's hospital is one that I'm just honored to be a part of."
