DENVER (CBS4) – Police in Denver would like the public’s help identifying a man suspected of watching a woman use a restroom in a Walmart.

According to police, on Monday at approximately 5 p.m. a woman was using the restroom at the Walmart located at 7800 East Smith Road when she noticed the man looking at her from under the stall walls.

“The victim screamed and told the suspect she was going to call the police. The suspect then left the bathroom and the Walmart store,” police said in a statement.

The suspect is described as a 30- to 49-year-old Hispanic man with short brown hair, brown eyes and a dark complexion. He’s about 5-fot-10 and had a medium build. The victim said he was wearing a black ski jacket with white marijuana leaves on it and blue jeans.
