Home Resale Prices Up From February 2013

DENVER (CBS4) - For the 14th straight month existing homes in the Denver metro area are selling for more than the year before.

Home resale prices from February are up an average of 9.1 percent over February of 2013.

Prices were down just a little from January of this year.

Home prices for the Denver market peaked in September of last year.
