Macy's Theft Suspects Sought By Broomfield Police

BROOMFIELD, Colo. (CBS4)- Police in Broomfield are searching for a couple wanted for stealing from the Macy's at Flatiron Crossing.

The man and woman entered the Macy's store at 11 W. Flatiron Crossing Drive where they were observed by loss prevention stealing merchandise.

When the loss prevention employees tried to stop the man he assaulted one of them and ran through the store through the south doors that led to the parking lot. The suspects left together in an older model 4-door red BMW. The license plate number was not observed.

The man is described as white, 20-25 years old, about 5-foot-6, weighing about 190 pounds. He has numerous tattoos covering both of his arms, one tattoo on the left side of his neck and possibly one on the right side of his neck. He was seen wearing a black T-shirt in the surveillance photo.

The woman is described as white, 20-25 years old, weighing about 140 pounds and appears to be slightly shorter than the male suspect.

She has dark hair worn up off her neck and was wearing polka-dot dress or shorts with white sandals. She has one distinguishing characteristic-- protruding top teeth.
