Denver Public Schools Gets More Money For STEM Programs
DENVER (CBS4) – Denver Public Schools has almost 10 million more dollars for its STEM program in eight high schools.
It's one of only 24 youth career connection grants given by the United States Departments of Labor and Education.
The departments donated $7 million and community partners raised another $2.3 million.
The money will be used in the STEM programs which are science, technology, engineering and math.
