Hiker's Death Near Vail Ruled An Accident

VAIL, Colo. (CBS4) – The coroner says a hiker died near Vail fell and suffered head injuries.

James McGrogan's death has been has been ruled an accident.

The 39-year-old from Indiana disappeared March 14 after getting separated from a group hiking to a backcountry hut.
